So i´s Friday and I crashed on the sofa in front of the tv like I do every Friday. Dress is Hobbs, a sale-bargain from a couple of years back. I´m not all fond of the dresses you tie in the back (too much 90´s), so I´ve tied it in the front. TOM (The Old Man) likes this dress, which is why it´s still hanging there in my closet. Apart from the fact that it´s work-appropriate ofcourse!:))
Yesterday I Went to a vintage hair-styling class. And I ended up buying a hairnet!!! But I was so grateful this morning when my hairdo was almost perfect due to that said hairnet…
This dress is my first Trashy Diva-buy Three or four years ago. I love it, and I hope this model will be back again in other fabrics. Right now it´s not in the shop.
What do you Think of the end result?
for my next daily outfit-post you should check this one out:
My favourite brand has a sale! And if you enter saleonsale at checkout you can get another 50 % off for another few days.
Guess who already did some shopping?
So today it´s a Classic selfie and a very very blue dress. The problem with showing a new outfit every day for a month when you, like me is on a fairly regular income, is the fact that you have to be inventive. This is a summerdress, last years sale at PhaseEight and I bought it online from UK. Had I bought it at the shop in the departmentstore NK here in Stockholm, it would have been a lot more expensive.
I really like this dress even though it makes me look enormous, because it has such a nice colour and its so soft. Like wearing PJ:s.
It´s kinda funny how some things look totally awful on a photo, but rather nice in reality. This dark navy blue wooldress from Hobbs in a classic (read basic boring) cut has been my go-to when I feel I need to look professional. Maybe it´s time to rethink…
The Picture was taken by my sweetheart who for some reason doesn´t seem to be able to hold the camera still:) I´ll see what I can do about that in the future…
So just needed to update on the restaurant we Went to Saturday night.
AG is a meat-restaurant and by many considered THE meat-Place in Stockholm.
We booked a table about a month ago, and never having been Before I was surprised to find the restaurant was in a normal building and that we needed to enter a corridor and work our way up one or two stairs to the place. It has obviously been a silver smith´s shop Before, and the rustic elements has been kept in the decor, making it sort of noisy.
The restaurant is divide into two parts, a bar with tapas-menu and the actual restaurant. I must say the service was excellent, friendly and professional. And the meat was sensational!!! We had the most expensive piece of meat ever, and it was so totally worth it. Melted in my mouth literally!
I wouldn´t recommend the coctails unless you like boozy drinks, but there is a nice selection of beers and wine.
We will defintely go again, and for a Tourist in Stockholm wanting to experience the new Swedish chefs, I highly recommend AG.
I feel a little stupid writing this in English, but it´s simply because I intend to use this blog when I participate in sew-alongs and things like that in the future! Also, most of the blogs I follow and comment on are English-spoken so that just feels natural.
Anyways, for now its Project Walk-in-Closet and todays post is the red Licquor-dress from my favourite brand Trashy Diva.
As you see, I´m quite creative sometimes! Actually I did not like any of the Pictures of this dress. It definitely needs shapewear to look really good, on the other hand my boobs look giganormous and I know someone who likes that:) See you tomorrow!
